a) All material use the Auto cutting machine ,after partitioning by professional pneumatic die design, the previous manual cutting was canceled, and the automatic cutting machine was used to cut the pieces. The whole process was controlled by computer digitally to ensure that the material size of each piece was zero error(Figure 12-13).
b) Water park produced by High temperature heating machine ,which technical specification is V-13, the pressure is 0.35-0.5Mpa, the speed is 1-18m/min, the voltage is AC220V/50Hz, the rated power is 3.0KW, and the ultra-wide precision welding is used in 3 cm(Figure 14).
c) All the accessories make on water park of PVC handle and ”D” securing ring are hot pressed by high cycle machine with customized die of equal size. The machine adopts high Q value oscillator tube. The output is stable and reliable, and high precision temperature control ensures the consistency of hot pressing position between product and mould(Figures 15-16).
3. Quality Standard Control
a) Quality control of raw materials: flame retardant, waterproof, anti-ultraviolet, environmental protection and durability of materials, obtained SGS certification and ISO quality system certification of international professional authority(Figures 3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11).
b) Control of product process technology: All high-temperature master technicians need to have more than 6 years of high-temperature welder working life to operate on the machine. The production of products from fragmentation to finished products is completed by welder and high-cycle machine. The hot-bonding of each welding rod must be the best size of the welding rod for the product. The hot-pressing pull point of high-cycle die and the hot-pressing of handle need to pass through factory QC after completion of hot-pressing. Line tension test to ensure fit and force between material and material(Figures 17).
c) Quality control of finished products: After the production of products, each ball should be filled with air and placed for three days to confirm that the hot-fit position of high-temperature gears is fully airtight and leak-free(Figures 18).
